Frequently Asked Questions to give you confidence in our pricing

What is a Check-In?

A Check-In is the process of Checking In to a Site. Your Cleaning staff Tap/Scan the freshOps Tags when they start a Cleaning Job and when the are finished. Each Visit by your Team Members or each Time & Attendance Record is considered a Check In. For Example:¬†If John works at 3 Sites 5 days per week, he’s going to have 15 Check-Ins/week or approx 65 Check-Ins per month. This will vary depending on how many times he visits in any month.

What does the monthly subscription include?

Our monthly subscription includes access to All Our Features, Unlimited Email, and InApp Support, plan dependant Onboarding Support to help you get those first couple of sites set up perfectly and to also Onboard New Managers, as well plan dependant Online Support for day to day troubleshooting.

The Online Onboarding & Support Session are run using GoTo Meeting and enable us to not only share our screens with you but also put you in control and let us see your screen.

Why do you track volume per CheckIn rather than per Employee or Client?

When we spoke to many business owners who were already using field management tools that charged per Employee or Client, we found that they wouldn’t use it across their whole business. The reason being, it wasn’t cost effective for those very casual employees or those clients they only serviced say once a month. Often they would also get charged for non-active employees & client. Even when active, some casual employees would only complete 1 shift, so getting stung $4 for 1 shift was expensive in these cases. Our idea, was that the only time you are making money is when a employee is walking in the front door ready to work, and so that what we linked our volume pricing to.

Does freshOps charge per user or contractor?

We understand some cleaners are casuals or part time and charging per head per month is simply not viable.Especially if they only do a shift or two a week, so charging per User isn’t cost effective.

Does freshOps charge per client?

We understand some clients are only serviced once a fortnight or even once a month, so charging you $5-10 per Client when your only making $10-15 Profit a month is definitely not cost effective.

How do we get the freshOps Tags?

Once have finished your Trial or decided your want to Sign Up to a Plan, we’ll send out tags by mail in packs of 5 tags.

Can I get more Online Support Sessions?

Online Support Sessions can be purchased. Support Sessions can be purchased in 1hr Packages at $80/hr and will be charged to your account.

What currency are the prices in?

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Does data I enter in my trial, migrate across when I official signup as a User?

Yes, all data is there ready for you to continue with when you Sign Up as a User.
