What represents are Check-In?

A Check-In is essentially the start of a Time and Attendance Record. You don’t get charged for for a Check-Out. It’s more so, every time we collect and provide you with a Time and Attendance Record, that’s considered a Check-In.

Are the Task Verification Tag Tap Waypoints included as part of the Check-Ins?

No, you can have as many waypoints within a premises or facility as you need.

How are we charged?

As with most Software As A Service Solutions we keep our pricing lean by automating payments and removing the need to chase down debtors for example. All our billing and subscriptions are processed using Software. So all plans require a Credit/Debit Card and are billed upon subscribing to our plans and then on each monthly anniversary date.

Can I pay Annually rather than Monthly?

Contact Us at support@freshops.com.au for Annual Pricing if you want the benefit of committing to a Annual Subscription. You can save up to 15% by paying upfront for the year.

What happens if I go over the Monthly Check-In count?

We understand that not all months are equal. Some have 4 weeks, others have 5, so we don’t penalise you for this. If we see however that you are growing, and consistently exceed the plan allowance for 3 consecutive months, we’ll get in contact and advise you that we’ll be upgrading your plan upon your next subscription renewal date.

Can I pay for further support?

If you need more support than the plans include we are more than happy to provide it. We have custom support plans available for those that need them.
